The project: Limited quantities exclusively for newsletter subscribers & order directly in the e-mail
The customer: Paul Ullrich AG is a traditional Swiss family business that has been active in the wine and spirits trade since 1944. In addition to several offline shops, it has been successfully operating the Ullrich online shop since 2019.
Description: An innovative email marketing idea was tested for a very limited special bottling of Ardbeg whisky. The limited quantity was not to be available via the online shop or to existing newsletter subscribers. An email was programmed so that the order could be placed directly from the email with just a few clicks. There was also an interactive counter to show how many were still available. This proved so successful that the use case was converted into a standalone email module.
