More and more companies are looking into Marketing Automation, Mayoris has actively participated in this research report that shows what companies are aiming for, what use cases they are primarily implementing, what data you are using and how you are using it, what obstacles are in their way and what technologies they are working with. The survey was open from August to November 2021. Over 460 participants took part. Predominantly B2B companies responded from the “Technology and Services” industries. The second edition of the report was released on February 9, 2022. Many companies have arrived at this framework and are applying it consistently. The report shows with which success and which setbacks they are on their way, as well as the next expansion steps. Automation means change and rethinking of manual habits and analog processes. Specialized teams and changed organizational cultures are required. Budgets must be sustainably spoken. Lead generation and nurturing are the focus for marketing and sales, but other dialog points in the customer journey and data-based personalization are increasingly occupied.
